Do you cater allergen free food?
Whilst every effort is made to minimise any risk to our guests, we’re unable to guarantee that any of our dishes are or will be 100% allergen-free as:
I can't find an item I ordered from you previously
If an item is not visible on our menu, most likely we have run out of fresh ingredients for it but we will get it back on the menu soon.
Can I cancel my order placed for pickup?
If you've changed your mind and need to cancel an order, please call us on 07709948332 and we may be able to help if we have not already started preparing it.
Can I change, add or remove items on my order?
If you need to add items on your order, please place a new order from your account and quote your previous order number in the comments section. For any other changes on your order, call us on 07709948332.
I'm running late, can I pick my order up later?
If you're running late or need to delay your order pick-up let us know by calling us on 07709948332 and we will keep it warm.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! We have occasional discounts and offers on items for our customers. For on-going offer details visit our website and look for offer banners or visit our Facebook page.
Do you cater for party orders?
We can cater for party orders from 25 to 100 people when placed at least 7-10 days in advance. The order will need to be collected from the café. To discuss your requirement, please email us at hello@theindianplace.uk. Please include your budget, party size, allergen or dietary requirements and event details.
Can I request a refund?
Sure, you can request a refund for pre-orders placed ahead of time by dropping us an email requesting a refund. For live orders, please call us on 07709948332 to find out if we can help. Please note if the kitchen has already started preparing your order, unfortunately we will not be able to issue a refund.
COVID-19
Do we need to wear a face covering when picking up our order?
Face coverings have been made mandatory by the government in takeaway facilities from 23/07/2020. We request you to wear appropriate face covering in the café and help us keep the community safe and healthy.
Are you open for eat-in yet?
No. We are currently operating as takeaway and delivery service only. Any changes to our operation will be communicated to our customers via our Facebook page and on our website.
Facilities
Is the café wheelchair accessible?
We are located on the ground floor and there is single step up to enter the cafe.
Do you serve alcohol?
We do not serve alcohol on site. However, we do not mind you bringing your own. You can also buy a wide range of beers, spirits, cask ales and wines from our friends at The Ale Station next door. They stock vegan beverages too.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
We do not currently have Wi-Fi available to customers.
